Extremely poor experience! I hired Suncoast Pest Control to treat my home for subterranean termites with termidor, costing $800.00. After they conducted a termite inspection I was told termidor would bond with the soil lasting an estimate of 10 to 12 years. This is a FALSE statement; after 11 month the termites returned causing more structural damage. I contacted the owner of Suncoast Pest control who told me since I did not buy the warranty they would not return a no charge to treat. One year WARRANTY! I was told TERMIDOR last 10 to 12 years! UNLESS IT WAS DILUTED!!!!!!I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!
