I have my pool nearly six years and I have been extremely happy with my purchase. I agree with reviews on the time it took to actually get the pool installed and up and running was nearly eight weeks more then originally promised. Granted sun coast is at the mercy of sub contractors (excavators, electricians, cement and inspectors) when installing a pool. Throughout the process though it seemed painful at times I thought Bill Morgan kept me abreast of the delays. The price for my pool and all the extras was thousands less then competitors. If you do the research you will see other pool companies having nearly the same reviews when it comes to delivering the pool as promised. Since I had my pool when I do call Sun coast I get a call back, though it may take a few hours to a days they always get back to me. I had my entire ladder replaced at No Charge to me nearly two years after first owning the pool and a 6 X 6 Slab of concrete repaired by damage done buy cement truck when finishing the pool. If I was to do it again I would use Sun Coast but have them sign a contract that any delays after pool was promised would result in a financial lost to them. This way, then could but the heat on there Sub Contractors to get the work done as promised.

Is there something less than 1 star? I would never recommend this company to anyone wanting a pool. From what I can tell they use subcontractors to perform the actual work, with no attempt to schedule, supervise or control. No one is accountable. Normally they could blame the rain for delays; however we are in a drought, so that excuse is out the window. For peace of mind find another Pool provider.
