- Gutter CleaningGutters should be cleaned at least once a year. For those of you who have trees located close to your house or pine trees on your property you should consider cleaning twice a year (spring and fall).
- Water Damage RestorationWe are the founders and inventors of Drip Edge Enhancement, formally known as Drip Edge Modification (DEM). Installation of Drip Edge Enhancement may be required to eliminate a pre-existing condition of water tension. This condition causes water to cling to the roof edge, (see photo above) running across the underside of your roof lip and down the fascia board behind the gutter. If this condition is not corrected, water damage can be extensive. This does not mean that your existing drip edge is installed incorrectly, it is just not compatible with gutters.
