We used Cutting Edge Granite in Largo on 2 separate occasions. In 2012 we remodeled kitchen and bathrooms . We are very satisfied with the granite, the installation and the customer service provided by this company. When we bought a new condo in 2015, we were not in doubts that we would again use this company. This time we experienced several delays mostly caused by our contractor but in this difficult situation, Cutting Edge was helpful and very professional and concerned with customer satisfaction. If we ever need granite again we won't hesitate to used them again. They are very busy so don't expect quick response but you can expect good product and good service. Lusia L.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Numerous late and missed appointments. The finished product is the worst quality I have ever seen. They tell you they will fix it or replace it and never follow through. The worst part is at least 2 of their employees have told us it can't be fixed and they should do something about. They obviously believe their company treats it's customers better then it does. I will see if I can upload pictures of it.

First my wife and I went to the Tampa store on Alva street near the stadium..we were impressed and then drove to Largo to see the larger show room. My wife is quite picky and it took her about 4 trips to finally find out what she wanted. The crew showed up on time and measured for the product (very professional) after the cutting they showed up on time and put in the counter top and backsplash, white putting in the counter top they scratched my brand new (one week old) stainless steel refrigerator and one piece of backsplash broke.. NO PROBLEM ..They took care of the repair for the refrigerator without question and tried the 2nd time to put in the backsplash but this time it was not cut correctly to fit, they sent out the manager and when she saw the gap they again replaced the product without question, I am a real easy person to get along with and they gave me no problems on correcting the problems we had.. I would use them again in a heart beat .. they make things right .. Thank you

Terrible customer service- installer didn't show up within the window of time and didn't call. When we called them they said they weren't going to be there for another 2 hours and no big deal since I had taken the whole day off to be there for them! There are too many granite places around here to put up with that kind of service.

I would highly recommend Cutting Edge Granite. I have used them for our kitchen, restroom and fireplace hearth. both the kitchen and restroom countertops have been measured perfectly with the least intrusive seam, can hardly find them. Our sales rep Doug has been great as well as the folks who come out to measure and the installers. the product was always installed when or before they promised. Great company.

What happend?? A year ago this was the best place to get counter tops. New management?, Sold out?
