Steven L. Sparkman, P.A. was founded in 2001 by Steve Sparkman, after more than twenty-five years in practice as a member of a large, state-wide law firm. His objective is to make available on a personal, one-on-one basis, the same high-quality legal services he provided at his former firm. From 2001 to 2017 the firm had offices in Historic Downtown Plant City. In August 2017 Steve relocated to Tallahassee and now works with clients remotely from a home office.
