the ONLY reason I gave this crappy company a star is because the site MADE ME. I wish I had seen these reviews before I hired this company! Absolutely HORRIBLE! Came out, installed the windshield, no problem. First rain and it leaks like crazy. Called the guy, no answer, left about 5 voicemails. Finally called him from a blocked number and he answers. Said he'd be back out the next day. Doesn't show up. I call again, from a blocked number, says he'll be out the next day. Doesn't show up. Third time, he doesn't show up. When I FINALLY get a hold of him he says if I call again he for sure wont come and that he said he was coming so he'd be here. (guess what, he never shows up) This guys is rude, mean, does crappy work and shouldn't be working with people! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Sure, they are $100 cheaper than everyone else, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. If you want to throw your money away, use this guy (or give it to me!).

Absolutely HORRIBLE, can't believe this place is in business! The owner is a complete JERK, denies the work he's done then tries to blame the customer for the bad workmanship. The owner needs mental help, no joke, he goes as far as claims ignorance to the job...well maybe it's real! Don't let him fool you, he's operated under a different company even then denies the work ... no length to how far he'll go to not back the horrible work that is preformed, yet he claims it's guaranteed. What a joke, I'm left with a car that leaks so much around the front windshield I might as well not have a windshield!!! He even came to reseal it yet asked me where the leaks were then tried to blame me that I told Santa Fe Glass that 3D did the job when I simply had then do a water test... well now I'm telling everyone, run as far as you can from this company!!! The attempt at the reseal was worse then the orginal job and why wouldn't he reset the windshield to get it right? This place shouldn't be in business, what a joke! What goes around comes around and hopefully he'll be out of business soon so he can't continue hurting others over his own misery!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! They do shoddy work and do half the job, leave windows unsecured, and are not customer service savvy at all! We were very unhappy with their work and attitude when the work was not complete and left half done. they called us crazy for not being happy they left door panels off and in pieces in trunk of can and the windows taped up, not secure. unfortunatley this site makes me give them a star. they do not deserve even a portion of a star at all!

I had an appt set between 8-12. No one even called until 1 to say it would be another 30 mins so I just cancelled it because I had other things to do. The next day I received a voicemail from the owner saying he had already ordered the window and would like to reschedule. When I called him back I had lots of questions because I was doubtful because of my experience the day before. He got upset and said "Do you want the f***ing window or not?!" I couldn't believe it! So I said what did you just say to me and be said "You heard me." Just complete disrespect!!! I cancelled the order for good that time.

I called to have my windshield replaced and 2 days later they were at my house. 5 days later a piece popped off the side of my windshield. It was just a plastic piece that covers the edge of the windshield, but till, it wasn't broken before they came out so I called to ask them to fix it. When I called, they tried to tell me that it wasn't them that came to my house and that they had no record of ever being at my house. ??? After calling my phone company to verify the time and date of my phone call they finally agreed to come fix my windshield... they have yet to come to my house. They blame weather or whatever. It takes 2 days to get a windshield installed and get my CASH because they're computer systems are "down" but when it comes to fixing their mistakes...
