General Info

Steve Watson began playing guitar at the age of 15. He studied classical guitar at the Chicago College for the Performing Arts and later studied jazz guitar with noted jazz recording artist Clay Moore and has been teaching and performing for over 30 years. For years he performed in the Austin area in jazz and variety bands as a guitarist and bassist. In recent years he has performed in the Las Cruces area, where he now lives and teaches private lessons.
