Been calling for over a week. My sons pictures are blurry. No return phone calls or emails. Several attempts they say there in a meetings. They were quick to take my money. Worst customer service by far!! Only one star because this system makes you rate at least one star.

I would NEVER use this company for my sons sports AGAIN!!! I didn't get my pictures back just a notice telling me to contact them. I have called several times with no return call and left emails with just a email back saying they would contact me with the next two business days...I have still not heard from them or have the pictures I have ALREADY PAID FOR!!!

I received an inferior product with my son's name spelled incorrectly. I was told by this company that this would be resolved several times and was even promised additional products to compensate for the mistake. This was in fact never resolved and the additional products were never sent out. I am disappointed for my son who never received a team plaque with his name spelled correctly. I would not recommend this company to any team.

Most unprofessional photography company I've come in contact with. pictures are unsatisfactory. Owner Gerry is unresponsive to customer complaints and will charge to retake poor pictures passed on to the customer.
