We recently sold our home and had to make a number of repairs and upgrades prior to our home going on the market. After entering into Escrow, we had a number of repairs based upon the buyer's request, one of which included fixing our roof. Not having any idea of who to call, I searched the online yellow pages and made a number of phone calls, including South County Roofing; unfortunately it was a Saturday and we had a time crunch of needing to quickly make a decision on whether or not to perform the repair. Brian of South County Roofing took the call immediately, and was out to my home within 30 minutes on a Saturday morning to give me an estimate. When I first spoke with him on the phone, he was able to give me a firm estimate, whereas every other company I spoke with either beat around the bush and said they would have to first take a look at the roof, or gave me an outrageous range. Brian held true to his word, and the cost of making the repair was very, very low. They ordered the materials the next business day, and within 48 hours our roof was fixed. I've never written an online review before, but wanted to in this case, because I was very nervous about blindly calling someone to make a repair, as I have felt very ripped off by contractors over the past few months. Brian and South County Roofing prooved to me that they are trustworthy, have good integrity, and follow through on their word, quickly and efficiently. Brian and his co-workers were very kind and thoughtful throughout the process as well. So if you are looking for someone with integrity and that offers good value with a low price, they were the best choice for my family, and they were sensitive to help us out in our time crunch, on a weekend no less.
I would like everyone to know that South County Roofing is a very reliable and trustworthy company. They cleaned up each night and were very polite if I asked a question my roof is great. After having it installed I was concerned about something and they had two nice men come to my home the very next day to check things out for me. It turned out to be nothing to do with the new roof but an old stain that I didn't know existed. I can not tell you enough how pleased I am and I hope this review will help others make a decision to use South County Roofing.
