S'nSK use either direct heat or indirect heat. With these design, you have more options when it comes to barbecuing, grilling and smoking. Our kookers use 2 fuel sources: wood and charcoal. A Gas Kooker will be introduced at a later date. S'nSK is recognized as one of the best built kookers on the Market today.
