  David knew early in life that he loved working on engines and working as a mechanic. When working as the Shop Foreman and the business closed; he rented a 2 bay garage and opened Smith's Diesel Repair in August 1991. With a few goals in mind - to provide quality repairs and towing service at reasonable prices; to built lasting relationships with his customers; and to have a business his family would be proud of. In 1999 he built our current building and moved the business to Reeves Mill Road, his childhood neighborhood. David has extensive knowledge on towing, recovery, and repair work. He is the point of contact for all towing, repairs and work in the shop. His knowledge and 40+ years of experience are the heart of our operations, and the heart of our family.
