I must agree with the other reviewer, Sitters Service may offer some o.k. childcare, but the woman in charge is undoubtedly the most unprofessional small-business owner I have EVER come in contact with and I come from a family of small privately owned companies. The experience I had with this woman was enough to make me sick to my stomach and vow to never recommend their services to anyone, on the contrary, I would recommend no one go to them for help. CATTY is the perfect word as mentioned above, and gossip, I can only imagine...Please save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.p.s. if you are looking for work, RUN. Do NOT go to this woman for employment, you will no doubt be sorry.

I don't have a problem with the caregivers; I have a problem with the woman in charge of the whole operation. Unprofessional and catty. Talks about other families to me! The customer! I have been a client of the company for about a year and true, they are dependable to get you a sitter, but it's almost not worth it to have to go through an entire gossip spiel every time I call in to get a baby-sitter! I'm switching to The Family Tree when my yearlong contract runs out. I have friends who don't have this problem with them.
