Our company consist of six groups: new residential construction , electrical (License #7599-B) , commercial construction , the service division , the plumbing division and the private homes group . Our goal of 100% Customer Satisfaction is taken very seriously and we strive to achieve it on a daily basis. Shamrock maintains relations with all the major heating and air conditioning suppliers. We favor certain manufacturers depending on the equipment required to fill a specific need. Equipment is evaluated by management as it relates to quality, warranty coverage and a price that benefits the ultimate consumer. Shamrock recommends the use of high efficiency equipment due to environmental concerns and the long range value to the customers.

Had them redesign residential AC system and install it. Experience was the best I've ever had with a contractor. Salesman was very good and technicians even had better ideas upon installation.

What a company, what a GREAT service department ! I recently had a serious problem with my 14 yr old a/c system and with money being hard to come by, I was sure I needed a whole new very expensive system. The woman I spoke to, Denise, was extremely courteous, professional and CALMING! She recognized my extreme concerns and scheduled a technician for the very next day ( and this was during a very hot spell ). The tech arrived, diagnosed my problem as being a simple capacitor issue and my house has been very cold ever since. While he was here, he even saw that my filter was filthy, and replaced my filter at a very reasonable $6.00. I have referred Shamrock to 2 of my neighbors and they are both VERY pleased. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PEOPLE! THANKS SHAMROCK

this was our spring for shamrock. after another hvac dealer scared us away we went with our original plan and called shamrock. want to thank the other dealer. shamrock installed a complete a/c system for us; replacing the 40 yr old system that was new when the house was built. we went with a York energy star system. the early super hot days were a breeze. cool, quiet comfort. shamrock also replaced the original service/breaker box and all new breakers for us. this was 40 yrs old also. now we have piece of mind and safety, also. shamrock also did some outside lights and inside wiring too. all the jobs/work were excellent. the installers did great work and in a timely manner. my wife and i can't say enough good things about shamrock. we have a few more things to update and of course it will be shamrock that we call.

This company is by far the worst buissiness i've ever had to deal with. A friend of mine lives in a apartment complex and has no heat and this co. was called out to there appt and still does not have heat. As cold as it is u would think they would b right out. Not these guys....i hope no one gets an emergency or calls these guys.

I was checking out some information on Shamrock's website today for a friend and decided to write this review. About 2 years ago, our old heating/AC system died. After getting estimates from several contractors, we decided to go with Shamrock. The price seemed fair and they were able to get the job done the following week before my wife returned home from major surgery. Everything went as planned, and the new system works great. The people from Shamrock (Joe, and all the others) were very friendly and professional, and they did all the work just as I expected. I later recommended the company to a friend, who also was very happy with the service he received. Based on my experiences, I highly recommend this company.

My wife and I had our new Lennox systems installed about a year ago and as we started our taxes for 2011 we remembered our salesman Joe had informed us of the rebates and the tax credits we were qualified to receive, at the time we thought it was a sales pitch and the amounts were, too good to be true, but after we received $2200.00 rebates from Lennox then $1500.00 from our utility co. And on top of that, receiving credits on our taxes, it is not too good to be true, it was as we were told. We received a few estimates and Shamrocks was not the lowest but we were sure who we decided to use the first contact with you company, the knowledge everyone from sales to the installers proved to us we choose a qualifyed company, great job and we have already recommended Shamrock A/C to our friends and family, keep up the good work.

Shamrock inc. is a first class outfit. My wife and I are so pleased with our decision to have them install our equipment. From the sales person to the installation and every step along the way was perfect.
