I am extremely dissapointed with this company. I chose them because of their longevity in the community, even though others tried to warn me.The boiler that was installed at my house 4 years ago was sold to me as "the best in the industry". It breaks down at least once a year and no one at Protech seems to care or be able to keep it running. Two years it has been the Lochinvar unit, and two years it has been related to the original installation. I just had 2 regulators replaced that I feel should have lasted more than the 4 years that I have owned my boiler. The initial cost and follow-up costs add up to well over $12,000. The quality of the product and service are not up to what I was promised. I am afraid to take a vacation in the winter for fear of returning to frozen pipes and dead cats, because I never know when this system will break down. I will definitely choose another company for future plumbing and heating needs.
