Had this company install a light fixture and repair a couple of outlets and my doorbell. A couple of months later the lighted button for my doorbell was missing. I thought maybe it hadn't been installed securely enough. Called Seifert Electric, was told to pick up another doorbell and he would come to install it. He was here 5 minutes. End of the month I get a bill for $65! The previous trip his bill had been $55 for an hour. Was expecting a courtesy install because of the short time from previous one. Since I hadn't asked what the charge would be I did send payment with a letter explaining that the doorbell still doesn't work!! Have not heard from them. My doorbell still only works sporadically but I cannot afford to have someone come out to "repair" it every other month! I realize that my job was small and inconsequential to them but they have lost a customer and I DO have friends. I have no complaints about the remainder of the work performed.
