Bottom Line. The repair people are competent and nice but the schedulers are bums. It will take 2 repair trips to get your item fixed. This is neither good, efficient, service nor up to the old Sears' standard. I will never purchase another extended warranty from Sears and may never again shop at Sears.

I've dealt with them 4 times to repair my new lawn mower. The first time scheduling went well but I found out when the repair man arrived that he didn't have parts with him. He had to order the parts and then return after they arrived. The schedulers only give you a 4 hour window so you waste a day and in this case, 2 days.
The 2nd, 3rd time, and 4th time the schedulers or the repair people erred, not calling with enough notice to get home, again not having all the parts, or even sending me an appliance repair person instead of lawn mower person. This last case mean 3 days wasted as I'm sure the person sent to fix my mower will again not have parts.

Oh, and don't trust their claims for getting discounts on repairs outside the warranty. The schedulers will lie to you to get your business.
