The crack filling they did this past fall has all opened up. I have been told by another professional company that Seal King did not have the liquid crack filling material hot enough and that it basically just covered the cracks. I do recall that they were on their way back to the shop when they stopped to do my crack filling and had to start the propane burners to heat the crack filler. This not only was wasted money but is now destroying my driveway. It is mid January.

This company does not understand customer service. I had to call numerous times to get someone to schedule crack filling this past summer. They did not show up by the promised time and after leaving many voice mail messages but finally arrived with only a short amount of daylight left. Today (Jan 13,2013) the cracks they filled are open about the same as they were before they drizzled the tar on them. I had also called and asked for an estimate to repair some damage to the driveway and never heard back even though I was told they would be out to inspect and estimate the work. I needed this estimate for an insurance quote and might have used them for the repair. Needless to say, I will never recommend this company to anyone due to poor service and inferior results of the work they did. BTW The former owner of this company seal coated my driveway 2 times with excellent service and results.

I have used them for 12 years now. They try very hard to be the best, I am a firm firm believer in their product. Service has been about as good as I think it can get for this type of industry. Thanks guys & gals at Seal King in Wright County, MN.
