WORST experience EVER!!! Dale Schulz doesn't have ANY custom home customers that did not have substantial problems, costing them thousands of $$$. Being in business as long as he has, shouldn't he have a huge list of repeat customers and CURRENT homeowners (who live in tne house now and went through the build process) that would SPEAK with potential homeowners?? He gave a supposed letter that I wrote out referring him (NOT TRUE!!) and thankfully, the perspective clients had the common sense to call me.. I filled them in on tne real deal - I would NEVER refer him!!! Just awful and unethical!! He used THE cheapest labor, but charged us through the nose. Those contractors went belly up, bc he hired illegals, then when things went wrong, it wasn't his problem and that I needed to contact the companies that did the work. When I told him (surprise) they weren't in business, it wasn't his problem, even though we only lived in the house for a few months!!!
