School to work. LLC’S. Program compares a Student’s personal strengths and weaknesses. Physical and cognitive abilities. And then develops them into useful independent living skills. Then we teach employment skills appropriate to the workplace. Finally. We FIT the student’s vocational interests into specific jobs based upon their personal interests and abilities. • assessment of student interests and abilities • registering for adult services • travel training on HOW to USE public transportation • career preparation. Learning the work habits needed to hold a JOB • community based vocational training with “on the JOB” learning • real time JOB applications. Hitting the street and looking for a JOB • JOB coaching • exploration of post secondary and JOB training opportunities.
