I am Alexandria Silvernail, a gifted Psychic/Medium, certified by the Trilogy Institute in Lily Dale, New York. I have been a Nurse Practitioner (University of Rochester, Class of 1991) for 20 years with Master's degrees in Primary Health Care of the Adult and Primary Health Care for Families. I utilize my skills to give intuitive consultations to my clients, helping them get in touch with their higher selves and identify upcoming trends, patterns and opportunities in their lives. As a Nurse Practitioner and Medical Intuitive, I am able to read your energy and give you guidance in attaining a healthier lifestyle both physically and mentally. As an Ordained Interfaith Minister, I am also happy to help you with spiritual matters, weddings, funerals, house blessings, etc.
