S and S Appliance Parts and Service LLC was founded in Birmingham, AL in 1960. We are the largest independent servicer in Alabama. In 2011, we expanded our services outside of Birmingham to the Huntsville and Montgomery markets. In February 2014, we became an exclusive member of the Whirlpool Factory Certified Care Network, a premier group of the best service companies around the country. At the end of 2014, we expanded our services to Mobile and Baldwin Counties, as well as the Florida Panhandle, covering from Pensacola to Panama City.We provide in-home service on most major appliance brands. All of our technicians are factory trained and certified. Our technicians are equipped with laptops and wireless internet to have full access to tech sheets, wiring diagrams, parts look-ups and other valuable technician tools to help provide each customer with efficient and quality service. We provide service to the following metro areas : Birmingham, Huntsville, Montgomery, Mobile, Pensacola, Ft.Walton, and Panama City.We are the factory authorized servicer for Whirlpool, and a preferred servicer for Lowe s.We are also a servicer for many Home Warranty Companies, such as, Assurant Solutions, American Home Shield, Old Republic, NEW, Asurion, Warrentech, Cross Country/Total Protect, Home Warranty of America, Choice Home Warranty, and several others.All service has a 90 day labor warranty. Warranty on parts are subject to manufacturer guidelines.
