Mr Partlow is the most unprofessional contractor that I have had the misfortune to come across in many years. His communication skills are seriously lacking when it comes to communication with customers that he has contracted to work for.

I wouldn't let royal painting paint my dogs house let alone get a chance to bid any more commercial work. He left me hanging high and dry on a project that he was contracted to

do after several weeks of saying he would be able to do the work then when it came down to actually doing it he just bailed out leaving me to find another contractor on very short notice. If his communication skills are this lacking then I can only imagine how bad his painting skills are.If anyone is thinking about contracting him to paint I would advise them to think again . His total lack of professionalism puts a bad light on contractors in general not to mention how it makes him look. Mr Partlow and royal painting co should stick to the small time because he is clearly not ready for the big leagues.I would rate his firm less than zero. the only reason He got one star is that the site required it and doesn't have a negative star rating.I'm sorry to have ever gotten involved with him and his painting company.
