Very disappointed. Both dogs were traumatized for the entire day afterwards. Ears were not plucked as promised in quoted price (noted specifically by vets when pup went in for neuter a few days later), nails weren't trimmed properly, and the puppy's hair was cut very unevenly. No receipt provided for cash provided. Appears groomer simply rushed through the whole process. For the price charged, I'll forego the convenience of someone coming to me.

we thought it would be nice to have someone come to house and groom our 8 month old puppy. Never again. First off, beware, they want cash and it is her policy to not give a receipt. After a great deal of insistence, she wrote the payment on the back of a business card.



Our puppy's nails were not able to be filed, after being clipped. One nail is too short and is sore. He has a sore place under his hind leg and keeps licking. For the price of $60, I was told he would be bathed, groomed, nails clipped and filed, and ears done. Very dissappointed.



I definateIy learned my lesson. If you have someone you like that is doing a great job and your puppy likes them, keep them.
