The Contractors they use are reliable and friendly
We have had work done by Roofing Specialists Northwest on three different occasions. The first time was in 2008 when we had the roof on our old home replaced. The second and third times were to replace inadequate work done by our builder in our current home. The Roofing Specialists has always stood by the quality of their work. They will not leave the job until it is done correctly, no matter how long it takes...
The salesman was patient enough to give us an estimate on the entire roof and when we realized it was something we simply could not afford right this minute, he went on with his day and called us back about 7 that night and when I answered the phone, he said "Mrs. Doherty, it has been bugging me all day, but I think I have figured out a way that we can get that new roof on your house immediately. You need it before it falls in and we can't have that happening with your little boy in the house." I was sold. Anyone that would leave an estimate appt at noon and call you back with a real solution because it had "bugged him" all day is definitely worth your time and money. They finished our roof in 5 hours, there was hardly any mess and they showed up right on time! They even covered our roof with a tarp to keep the water out for the couple of weeks it took to get our appt because they were backed up from Hurricane Irene. I would recommend them to anyone! We used this crew to replace a hail damaged roof. The job was done on time, with great materials, and their prices were extremely reasonable. Our insurance agent recommended this team of Roofers. We will certainly use them again in the future.

The work was excellent. The workers were polite, clean and efficient. I have used The Roofing Company before and will again.
The Roofing Specialists Northwest representative came when we were told he would come, went up on the roof and took a photo. He came down and explained the scope of the job and the cost. The workers came on the day they said they would come and completed the job. Since then we have had storms, a hurricane and a Nor'easter. The roof stayed intact, the house dry through all. This is not the first time we have called on the Roofing Specialists Northwest for help. The reason we called this time is because we were pleased with their work the first time.
We had a leaking roof. A representative came out and went on the roof after looking in the attic. He took pictures of the cracked pipe fittings to show us. He told us the price and we signed the contract. In a couple of weeks they had someone out to repair the leaks and we have been satisfied with the work.
The two men who did the work came on time and accomplished the resealing of our roof vents. No problems and work accomplished on schedule.
The work was done while I was at work. If it wasn't for the impression in my yard from the trash container, I didn't even know they were ever there. Great job guys.
Did a good job. Were a little delayed in coming to do the work, and could improve communication there. I thought you were coming one day, but no one showed. I was away that day, so I couldn't determine if the work had been done. several weeks later I was called and told they would be doing the work that day, and they did come and do the job. that said, the work was properly diagnosed and completed.
I was very happy with everything about this company - their professionalism - their timeliness - and overall product delivery. If I ever need a new roof again, I will be sure to call them! Since they did such a great job - I probably won't need one while I'm there! ;o)
When our roof needed to be replaced, we went with Roofing Specialists Northwest. Their specialists are very knowledgeable about roofs and insurance settlements. team showed up when they said they would, completed our roof and cleaned up after themselves! A Foreman was around throughout the entire process, making sure everything was perfect. The team at Roofing Specialists Northwest was quick to help me determine where my roof was leaking and provide a fast and affordable solution. They replaced all my roof vents, which were leaking, installed a solar roof fan to help with the moisture, and replaced many of my pipe vent seals that had deteriorated with age. They also helped replace some siding from under my eves. Great service with no pressure. Highly recommended.
Roofing Specialists Northwest did a fantastic job. Unlike other roofers that descend upon you like maggots, Roofing Specialists Northwest was very professional in their communication. The roofers did their best to give me the best price they could based on my insurance policy. Not only did the roofers do a timely and professional job, but when they finished the job on the house (it was a rental property) and the tenants weren't there to let them in the garage to finish the clean up, they left a note with a phone number so the tenants could contact them when they returned home. They promptly returned and cleaned things up. I would use this company again and again for roofing needs.
After getting 3 bids for replacement of a leaky skylight, Roofing Specialists Northwest came in the best and I was most impressed with their level of service. As a real estate agent with RE/Max of Boulder, I now recommend them to my clients that need roofing bids and roof work to be done. Their level of service exceeds all others and I am continuously impressed by their quick response to my client's requests.
