I have been using their services since 1988. They were recommended by a neighbor after their water main broke. Though they don't do that type of repair anymore, I have used them over the years to unclog toilets, install kitchen faucets, repair broken copper pipe, replace hot water heaters, replace outdoor spigots, repair bathtub faucets, etc. They have always been prompt, polite, professional, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

If I could make this a -10 I would. Stay away from this company. They sent a comfort specialist to my home to assist with an air flow issue I was having. My up stairs was 6 to 9 degrees colder than the down stairs. I wanted a 2 unit system to resolve the issue. I was advised by ARS that I could not have a 2 unit system because of the vaulted ceilings in the master bedroom. I was advised if I purchased the Carrier Infinity system that this would resolve my issue. The cost was over $13,000.00. After installation the next day I realized I had the same issue with air flow. The specialist came back out for 45 minutes walking around my house and playing with the thermostat. He did not fix anything. I called the company the next day and complained. They sent another comfort specialist that advised I needed a 2 unit system. They wanted another $10,000.00 for another system. I am sorry I ever called these people.
Had a leak underneath my kitchen sink. I needed immediate repair because the water was damaging the wood underneath and my disposal was no longer working. They responded quickly, did excellent work (from what I see now everything is working properly), very patient (as I was running a little behind getting home) and professional, and charged a reasonable price. Explained everything to me afterwards! I would hire them again without hesitation!

I don't remember how I discovered "Ron the Plumber, Inc" but since I have, which has been every month for the past three months, they have came to my house usually within hours and even answered the phone on weekends when I called. Good Service, small company, locally owned and operated.
Had a pin leak in a poly-B pipe underneath my kitchen sink that required immediate repair because the water was damaging my wood floors. They responded quickly, did excellent work, exhibited a professional demeanor, and charged a reasonable price. I would hire them again without hesitation!
