The poorest service that Ive ever experienced. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and the door was locked. Been waiting here since 12:45-1:00 pm and Im still waiting. I was told someone would be on their way that they are at a accident call. Its now 3:35 pm and no one have arrived yet. Someone should always be in the office to release people vehicles. Dont ever use these people again. It appears that I have to select a star. Im going to give them (1) star because its mandated. They dont deserve NO stars.

Horrible experience. My mom and dad were in a bad car accident that was not there fault. After being diagnosed with a fractured lower back and fractured sternum, my mom was not able to leave the couch. After explaining this to the very rude lady at road runner towing, she told me I wasn't the owner and she didn't have to deal with me. I was just trying to get my moms personal belongings. My mom talked to them the next day and they told her that she herself would have to come get her things. She had a broken back and sternum. She explained that again and asked if I, her daughter, could get her things and they said no. I finally had to get a police officer to meet me at the lot to get my moms personal belongings. They were rude, (she hung up on me twice), and very non compassionate about an already horrible situation. If I could use negative stars, I would.
