Had a flat tire on our RV, on the highway and called Reichert and Knepp - they were able to come within a half hour. Very nice serviceman named Aaron. In his haste, and darkness, he couldn't get our spare on, said it was the wrong size, and my husband didn't check, but agreed with his expertise. So Aaron went back and got a used spare and mounted it on the wheel for us, returned and got us on the way. (He was so nice, we even tipped him) HOWEVER they charged us $200 because it was two trips, which isn't the problem, had the tire not really fit. At the suggested tire store in the morning, they put the spare on and it fit and was fine. (We did need an correct sized wheel and spare - but the spare WE had could have gotten us there) I called 3 times asking for an adjustment to the bill, not only did they not call me back as promised, Harv, the billing manager was MORE THAN rude and mean spirited and was yelling at me "What do you want??? We got you back on the road didn't we" "Your husband agreed it didn't fit" "Your tires weren't right to begin with" - "what do you want from me?" --never did he take responsibility that we didn't need two trips out to the vehicle, that Aaron made a mistake, and he wouldn't even consider making an adjustment to the bill. I am so shocked by his unprofessional-ism, his rudeness, his lack of customer service, his yelling. I never raised my voice to him, never interrupted him, only shared my experience and frustration at the unnecessary cost to us. Call someone else for assistance !
