I STAYED HERE AND IT WAS THE WORST APARTMENT EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! THEY HAD RATS IN THE APARTMENTS TOOK FOREVER TO CALL PEST CONTROL THEN IT HAD AN AWFUL DEAD RAT SMELL THAT I JUST COULDNT LIVE WITH. AFTER DISCUSSING THIS WITH MANAGEMENT OVER AND OVER ME AND MY 2 LITTLE GIRLS COULD NOT STAND LIVING THERE ANY LONGER. THEY STILL HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME 1500 FOR A BROKEN LEASE! DO NOT RENT HERE!!SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

8yrs. of HELL! Every year has gotten worse. Management has changed hands 3 to 4 times. English is there 2nd to 3rd language. Apartment flyer/notices- poor language skills. Kids run free and harass other occupants- no playgrounds and curfew is a joke. I have reported directly to the police about gunfire at least twice a month. Black Bull Towing ENFORCED, but not BBB accredited even when it says it is- clear violation. Look up the towing business on the BBB's website. Maintenance crew is inept. Repair work on floor tiles has not been completed for 2yrs. now. Rent has increased with no improvements to the apartments. No presence of law enforcement on property, even when managemnt states otherwise.

If you have a problem, you can forget the notion that the ownership of this complex is going to return calls or emails. On-site management is nice but will not provide you with direct contact information regardless if it is a life or death matter. They provide contact info but its only for comedy relief. Nobody is going to call you back.

(If i had it my way they would only get one half of a single star)I have lived here going on 2 years in February and I can promise anyone moving in here is putting themselves into a mini hell. They refuse to hire proper crews to fix water problems or any problem we have had for over a year that maintenance can't seem to handle... it seems everytime the weather gets cold so does the water and you have to complain for more than a week for them to do anything. My dishes are stacked up because they do not offer dishwashers and i haven't had hot enough Water to do them in 3 days, I also am able to look back on blogs and other places Iove wrote about this and this happened exactly thisntime last year and lasted almost 3 weeks before it was fixed for a week and messed up again... I've called and told them and all they respond with is the maintenance will check the water Heater temp. .. that was 3 hrs ago almost and my water isn't even coming in warm its just cold.... I can not wait to move out of here not to mention their infested with bed bugs roaches and lice so watch outnifnyoure moving in they will lie and say it's old cases but to sign some affidavits about the bugs asbestos and mold... i guarantee 2/3 of your other neighbors will be bad neighbors but then office will treat you bad if you complain... they might find a reason to fine you and not the actual person who earned it...towing around here only happens when the complex and tow company get together to make extra cash...this place is a disgrace... I regret ever giving them a chance to have my hard earned dollars...i can not wait to finda house and i pray this place gets fixed or better shut down...

Horrible management, apartments, and living conditions. The molds in my vents has caused me nasal congestion, and still no one to clean it. Once lease is up I am leaving asap. Cockroaches enter the apartments. Kids run around and key your car put tires on flat, management doesn't speak English. Nasty, trashy, apartments. Actually leaks, above shower leaks. Bad area for phone reception. On a scale of 1-10, I give a two. 2 cause I lay my head here. If you have a family, with kids, these aren't the apartments for you.

I've lived here about 1yr 6mnths it was ok at first until it was TIME to reknew my lease they quoted me to different prices

There fare from perfect but There best all bills paid I have seen. First off I have a first floor 1 bed /1 bath apartment. My boyfriend and I pay 650 a month and that's including water, electric, swage, and trash. We have pretty tile floor, large bed room bath and a decent kitchen. Oh I forgot the big walk in closet and closed fenced private patio. Most residents are trash and never use there germ filled pool and there horrible "new" laundry room.( half the washers and dryers don't work, and they went up on price) Best if on a collage budget

The management is charging me late fee's on top of late fee's. My rent is due on the 1st I have until the 3rd to pay I have copies of my money orders dated the 3rd, for 9/3/2011 and 10/3/2011.In Sept.I received a late fee notice, I went to the office to ask for information, the leasing agent stated that she didnt receive my money order until the 5th, I told her I bought the money order on the 3rd and put it in the mail slot that evening. I asked her if she had a copy of the money order, and a print out of my ledger. She stated that they dont make it a habit of doing that, I asked her to print out my ledger to see when she posted the payment she stated she couldnt do that. I then spoke to the manager about the issue I told her that I was going to record our conversation, when I asked her the same questions she walked out of the office and refused to speak to me.She then told her assistant to call the police if I went back into the office. Since then I have been harassed with 24 hr. e

First day you walk in those doors its attitude until you tell them your interested in moving in them everything changes. A month later they don't know who you are they are so rude and try telling them something is wrong in the apt. You Will be wanting someone to hold you back from hurting them. And it don't matter what race you are I am Hispanic they are just ignorant!

I have mold in my vents, I have submitted several work orders for this as well as my ac not working as good as others in the bldg. They tell me someone will be there in a few minutes and noone ever shows. The management company is horrible! I would not suggest anyone I know to live here.

These apartments may have had a face lift but still impossible to get work orders done in a timely fashion. I have yet to find a playground for the children and the pool is very small for a complex of 288 apartments. The staff is fluent in Spanish very little English if any at all and most maintence is done by non English speaking personnel so if you don't speak Spanish don't move here. Some of the office staff is very rude and not helpful at all maybe because I don't speak the language of choice, very prejudice here if you happen to be non-spanish. The Easter party for the kids was all done in Spanish so the white kids didn't understand what was going on. They enter your apartment when your not home to do work or so they say. Break ins happen here. There are too many keys floating around I have been asked for a copy of my key three times and they have no answer as to what happen to the other ones already given to them so makes you wonder who does the break ins and they are not Bonded!
