The crew at Rapid was Great. I needed my sewer replaced, I got other estimates, but they sold their service and their warranty and that's what I bought! No regrets here!!!
Called them with an emergency "sewer backing up" on a Saturday afternoon. And they were there in alittle less then an hour. After several attempts to clear they could not. Recommended a repair and gave me an estimate. I paid a service charge for the attempt and called for a second opinion, although the second plumber gave the same diagnosis and were a little less expensive I went with Rapid Plumbing they seemed more experienced and patient with me. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend them to anyone looking for a GOOD plumber.

Bat connects to ball, WOW! It's out of the park, It's a HOME RUN!. I recently had a plumbing stoppage which involved broken pipes under concrete, bad toilets etc. this prevented the use of two bathrooms. I called three different plumbing companies and received three separate quotes one of which was from Rapid. I spoke in depth with all three plumbers regarding the problem, two out of the three did not make me feel warm and fuzzy regarding how they would handle the repairs, the main plan seem to be to tear up my house. When I spoke with Jose Corea from Rapid he provided knowledge, confidence, technology and the experience needed for the job. Rapid was not the lowest priced but after the job was done everything stated by Jose would be done was executed in a timely non-disruptive manner to the household and my neighbors. Jose and his team were clean, professional and considerate they cleaned up everything, replaced all appliances moved and vacuumed. Great customer service, job well done.
