Rape Information & Counseling is a program operated by the Family Service Agency, which is a nonprofit, multiservice counseling agency and was founded in 1908. The program provides support and assistance to victims of sexual assault and domestic violence. It has a team of licensed counselors, social workers and trained volunteer advocates. Rape Information & Counseling offers advocacy services. The program provides help with victim compensation forms and impact statements. It also offers 24-hour crisis intervention options in hospital emergency rooms for survivors. The program is a member of the Ohio Domestic Violence Network and Alliance Against Sexual Violence.
