Not a very good experience. Rod (the owner) assured me he did not need directions to my house and that someone would be there by 11 am. I took half a day off from work and at 11:01 had not heard or seen anyone. When I called Rod again, he said he got busy (too busy to call me???) and that someone would be calling around 4pm. My phone finally reang at 6:04 pm and the message was that the guy couldn't find my house. ( this is the same house Rod assured me he knew right where it was). When I asked about how the business was structured and why I seem to keep getting the run around, Rods "guy" hung up on me and Rod called me back. He then went into a huge rant on how he runs his business is none of my concern and continued to yell and curse at me, he then went on a rant about how I need Christ in my life. What I really need in my life is someone to fix my stove and now, thanks to Rod, I can tack the cost of 1/2 days pay to the bill when Krygier Repair comes out to fix what Rod was apparently unable or unwilling to. Very disappointed in every aspect of service (more accurate to say lack of service), especially since he was very highly recommended.

5 stars all the way! I know now why this business has been around for over 30 years. Top quality service, done right, and at a reasonable price. I would refer Rod the owner to anyone with the need of a appliance repair.
