I would like to thank R&R STAR TOWING for stellar service 2nite! :) My 3 small kids,& I were visiting friends on whidbey island from auburn...we hit a deer & almost totaled the front end of,my mini van ...because my car was smoking (radiator was punctured) the ferry workers wouldn't allow us to ride,the boat. I called triple a & initially they radioed Simmons the south end of whidbeys local company...they said (Simmons) that theyd drive my van to lynnwood,at most,& leave it somewhere but couldn't drive,me or my small children anywhere because their trucks couldn't accommodate us!!! :( mind you it was 10pm!!! R&R offered to take the job..they drove,acrossed the ferry put my van.up on the,tow truck in less, than 5 mins so we could make the next ferry out. Amazing!!! :) not to mention the driver brought along a,portable DVD player so my children wouldn't be bored on the way home!!! Even stopped at,a gas station to let my 8 yr old son use the restroom,then drove us alllll the way to auburn, engaging myself & my stressed out,tired,scared children in fun, humorous conversation the entire way!!! I will be a costumer for life as well as recommend R&R STAR TOWING to everyone & anyone I know!!!! I was disabled on the side of the freeway. I proceeded to look up tow company's on my phone. I decided to use R&R Star Towing for my needs. They were very helpful to getting me the help I needed. I did not know where to take my car so they suggested a shop close by.They were at my car is 30 minutes and had my car towed to the shop in a quick manner, where my car was repaired very quickly. I will use them again if needed. Thank you for your great service.
