Asphalt Sealcoating: After the surface is cleaned and prepped then we will spray a commercial grade asphalt sealer that meets state and local laws and add 3-4 pounds of sand and a rubberized latex additive, this will protect and make your surface more durable to traffic and last longer than a basic sealer.Asphalt Striping: After the surface is sprayed we will stripe the lot using commercial grade striping paint that meets ADA standards.Hot Rubber Crack Fill: Then we use Hot Rubber crack filler to fill the cracks correctly for years to come, this will protect the surface from all the elements.Asphalt Cleaning :We use steel bristle brooms and high pressure blowers to remove the dust from out of all the pores in the surface of the asphalt
