Private Lines Inc. specializes in locating privately owned underground utility lines and cables on residential and commercial premises. We have been locating lines for over 70 years and have extensive knowledge in the this field. As our business continues to expand and grow, we continue to offer excellent service and unparalleled professionalism.Upon arrival at the job site, we gather as much information as possible from the client via verbal communication, drawings, and blueprints. From the data gathered, we will then proceed to locate the lines to the best of our ability. We also have the ability to pinpoint underground electrical cable faults.Private Lines is not responsible for unknown and unfound utilities. Once the utility is located by us, we follow the same guidelines as Diggers Hotline. We are liable within 18 inches on each side of the mark and are good for ten days. Unfortunately we cannot detect PVC, clay tile, or concrete piping (sanitary/storm sewer lines) unless ran with accessible tracer wires. Should damage occur to markings made on behalf of Private Lines Inc., we should be notified immediately. Failure to do so would void any liability on our behalf.
