hello ,i would just like to give my thoughts about presidential pest control.i live in concord and used presidential s service for squirrels. i am so disappointed with their warranty for squirrel exclusion.i'm willing to say, and actually go on record to say don't pay the remaining balance until your 100 % positive the squirrels are out ! i made the mistake of paying before i knew the sq's were out. now i'm stuck with grey sq's and i'm out 1300.00 . i've giving up on them and now when i can afford to, i will call someone else who can competently remove these animals from my house. thank you, mrs. demerato

I have read the previous reviews and have to say that the experiences that I have had with presidential pest were much diffrent. I had an ant problem and the tech was out in less than 24 hours he walked through and gave me suggestions on ways to help prevent the problem in the future he also notice I have young kids, dogs, and farm animails and was very cautious as to where he sprayed not to affect any of the pre mentioned. I also had a mice problem in the last year and they again showed up in less than 24 hrs and evaluated the problem and made suggestions. we have been mice free for 18 months now and that makes my wife very happy. I am writing this because when I came to find their # to have them Spray at my summer home I was shocked to see the reviews. I also know usually people only come back to write the negitive remarks, I included but felt I needed to set the record straight. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND Presidental Pest and their team.

I'm not by no means a professional in the bug or animal business. I am a handy man when it comes to doing minor fixes around my house. i ran into a problem with yellow jackets in my house. they are the one thing that i don't even try to fix due to my alergic reaction caused by when i was a young boy being stung multiple times. so i called presidential pest control and they came right out. the man sprayed my house and treated the problem with the yellow jackets. when he was done he opened a few windows to get ventilation and allow the fumes to go out of the house. well the tech opened a window with no screen on it. this allowed hundreds of bees to get in my house. we were very lucky that no one was stung. two weeks after, i was still removing dead ones and alive one from the house. it is my recomendation because i dealt first hand with presidential pest control, do not use their services. they are NOT PROFESSIONAL.

i've used presidential pest control for mice and bats. i highly recomend to not use this company. they didn't honor any part of their warranty for the bats. they didn't fix the bat problem at all.and they didn't even come close to defeating my mouse problem.at first they repond quick, after you pay them, good luck trying to get them to come back.buyer beware when using this company.

i'm a contractor out of vermont who deals with building houses. presidential did work for carpenter ants on one of my properties i built. they sprayed a chemical that was to eliminate all the ants. well it did'nt work so i called them back and it took them 2 and half weeks to return. he told me i would have to pay for a different service if he was to spray again. i asked why and he said now i have termites. well i live in vermont were it is to cold for termites but he said no, i have them. i didn't believe him and asked hime to leave. i called a different company and when they came out he said i was correct they are carpenter ants and we don't have termites this far north.alls i have to say about presidential pest control is , buyer beware.

i did my research before calling around for companies who deal with squirrels. i found this company in the phone book and called them.i set up a inspection and they came out pronto.i walked around my house with the worker and he pointed out all areas that needed to be serviced.i hired presidential to do the work they came and did the job in 3 and a half hours.that night the sq's were going crazy in my walls of the house all night.the next night and the following the same.after that nothing.2 weeks later we had a horrible smell in my house behind a wall.i called presidential they came out and said it's most likely a mouse.they removed the 1 way doors and left.after 2 more days i couldn't take the smell any more so i called a carpenter.he came out and teared a hole in the wall.what he found was 6 sq's 2 adults and 4 babies.i called presidential and told them but he said there is no way they caused this and asked me to pay the remainder of the balance.i couldn't believe what i was hearing

this company does not HONOR their contract agreements, be careful when using presidential pest control. they were quick to come out the first time i called them to treat my house for carpenter ants. when the first treatment did'nt work i called them back and it took them 3 weeks to return. i was very unhappy with their service.

I'm a 78 year old lady who had a severe problem with bats. so i called presidential pest control to see if they would help me. after not receiving a call back for 2 days he finally called me. i set up a insp and a man came to my house. he did his inspection and also told me he could do the job but i would need to have my insulation removed from my attic. i asked him how much this would all cost. he said after removing the bats and insul and replacing the insulation with this stuff they sell, we are looking at thousands ! now i'm not sure what this type of work costs but i was shocked when they sent the proposal to me. also i was charged 150 dollars for the insp. needless to say i didn't use presidential pest control, and found someone else to do it without replacing insulation and only charging less than half of what they bid it for. for anyone with a bat problem i wouldn't recommend calling presidential pest control.thank you

I'm a single mother of two little girls and my roughly 1800 square foot house was over run with bats.i called presidential and a tech came out to my house to inspect for bats.after the insp he told me i had bats and my attic was not only full of them but i also needed my insulation removed.he said it was going to cost me 3500.00 for the full service.i could not believe the price ! i asked him isn't that alot of money and he told me "well we have a lot of over head".i could not believe this price he gave me.while i was standing in my drive way with the tech i asked him about the company vehicle he was driving, it was a brand new toyota tundra with temp plates,i said is the overhead your talking about that 40 thousand dollar truck,he just laughed and said he will mail a proposal out to me.needless to say i never replied to the proposal,and had a different company do the work for less than half of presidentials price.if anyone else has a problem like mine ,checkout other prices .

Rates are high and I was told to have services done that I really did not need or want- I would not recommend Presidential to anyone!
