In 2008, founder and CEO, David Phillips saw a need in the Dallas and Fort Worth area for an affordable and Professional Full-Service Event Staffing and Supply Rental Company. After opening The Premium Institute of Bartending Schools in 2007, which trains Professional-Licensed Service Professionals, David saw an opportunity to provide affordable Event Staff and Event Services at an affordable price.
