I don't know what was wrong with the negative reviews on here, they must have a personal vendetta against Powell's, or something of that nature. When I went to Powell's, I was sure that my car was nice; no, I knew that it was nice. Initially I just went in for the detail. What I got back was just stunning. My car was past nice, my car was IMMACULATE. There was nothing wrong with it. NOTHING. They even took out some micro-scratches in the rear. I will ALWAYS bring my vehicles here; even if it takes months and months for my car to get done, its definitely worth the wait to get perfection.

Great shop! I was incredibly impressed with the level of quality and service that my vehicle was repaired with. Dustin's guys actually found some past damage that wasn't repaired correctly and they repaired it as part of the estimate that was already out. That was HUGE plus for me! Dustin will be sure to get all of my business from now on!

Such great service! Our car was freaking amazing when they finished! Dustin goes out of his way to help everyone out in any way that he can. I went in there slightly worried that my car would take forever to finish but I was pleasantly surprised. Once the insurance got done with the claim (they took their sweet time) Dustin had my car out within 3 weeks, just like he told me it would be! Big thumbs up from this customer!

Great place to go! When we picked up our car we were in complete awe; it was better (in every way) than when we had purchased it. There is something magical going on in the detail shop, those boys sure know what they're doing (and they do it really well!). Definitely worth any wait, especially where the wait wasn't the fault of Powell's.

This is by far the BEST auto body repair shop that I have ever gone to. The time issue that everyone seems to be caught up on is really not the shop's fault. I was talking to my insurance adjuster and he informed me that the insurance can take up to 20 days before they even look at it, and then they can take another 10 days before they have an estimate. So while it might take a little bit longer to get the vehicle done, the wait is definitely worth it; my car came out looking (and smelling, I definitely didn't notice any smoke smells) better than when I bought it. Great shop with great service! I definitely recommend it!

When it comes to my vehicle I will admit I was very picky. Even though I was a pushy customer I will admit Dustin was awesome. He was really energetic and explained everything and worked with me when it came to payments. I did however take a long time for my vehicle to get repaired. I would recommend having rental car coverage on your insurance so you don't have to be without a car like I was. The wait was worth it though. My car looked better than new when it was finished and I was more than happy with the results. Great job guys and thanks. I would definitely go back.
Great service. The only issue that we had at Powell's was the time. However, Dustin was very cordial and great in explaining that this is not completely his fault, due to our insurance company and the time that they were taking to process our claim. The absolute best part of the repair process was the detail. Our car looked better after the detail than it did coming off of the lot. Another great perk was the free coat/hoody that we received because we did our business there. Thanks guys!!!
