I tried repeatedly to cancel an order I place with them. I called numerous times and no one was available nor returned any of my calls. Got a mail box message. No live people to be found. I did receive the pump I ordered, however, I am returning it to them as I found out these particular model pumps are defective. Do not order from them.

Do NOT order online from these people! I recently placed an order and PAID IN FULL for several hundred dollars worth of pond supplies at www.pondappeal.com and they didn't deliver! Run away! Run far away!
