I moved to this area with my wife and two-sons in 1997 from Thousand Oaks, CA. Our move was prompted by the desire for better home affordability and a great environment to raise our family. The Murrieta & Temecula Valleys have been perfect for us and I'm sure you'll feel the same way. When selecting your real estate agent to help you buy or sell a home, it's important you select one that you have the utmost confidence in. With over 25-years of real estate experience, I've worked hard to gain area knowledge, extensive transaction experience and great negotiating skills, which ultimately benefits you. In addition, I've developed a great reputation among other real estate agents in the area. When I'm in a transaction, I make every effort to assure the transaction goes as smooth as possible. For this reason, agents seem to go out of their way for me, my clients and the opportunity to work together. What you won't get from me is a sales pitch and never ending scripts designed to manipulate your decision abilities. I respect my clients and appreciate there's a natural process to buying or selling a home.
