We had Brandon and Joe from Plummer's come out to pump and look through our septic after we suspected our child flushed my wife's wedding ring down the toilet. They were very professional and had great equipment for searching. They both worked extremely hard to find it and we were very happy and grateful for their service. We would highly recommend Plummer's!

The only company who would come out in the cold! Brandon and his co-worker did a most excellent job, ran out extra hose so they didn't drive on the yard and went the extra mile to "fix" the issue! These gentlemen get extra man points from us!!!

On a Saturday afternoon around 2:00, we realized we were in trouble. Matt showed up at 3:00, introduced himself, assessed the situation and got to work. He was personable, but also professional. Even for an emergency weekend call, I felt their rates were very fair. I would recommend this business to anyone

Worse customer service ever! Company is going on 2 weeks late of what was promised. I've had to call every two days for an update, they know nothing, will not answer simple questions regarding average times. I've yet to receive any call backs, hence the having to call every other day. Unfortunately they are the only company that does this in the area. Customer Service is horrid.

Wonderful customer service! This company actually called me back to see if my delivery of my portable restroom was satisfactory!!! Who does that now days?!!!They go above and beyond any service company I have ever dealt with!
