Philadelphia Gas and Electric was the best. Mike helped us out through a major crisis-- our condenser (which sat on the roof of our house four floors up) died in the middle of a summer heat wave. He got us a new A/C system in record time and it works great ! We will definitely be working with Mike's company again soon! They are the best!

The Heating Technician - Mike, was extremely helpful giving me a quick fix on the phone to get my heater to turn on again for just a short time so that we would not freeze. He knew about all of the Bryant systems that have been on the market and was able to discuss with me the differences and advantages of each. He knows how to troubleshoot problems on these systems. Definitely call him, he doesn't just guess at what might be going wrong, he gets right to the heart of the problem and has a solution.

The heater repairman came on Sunday Morning during a busy cold spell, diagnozed and fixed my gas heater's electrical ignition within an hour and charged me a reasonable price for a Sunday morning, without a prepaid contract. He gave up his son's birthday celebration to fix my heater. As a senior citizen I was very pleased, especially since my daughter from Maryland made the initial call.

This company is very very good! --had a problem with a system that I thought was unsolvable, until they identified the heater as too large and air delivery ducts too small. The new heater was then properly sized and ducts were enlarged and repaired. The services techs put drop clothes down to protect the floors and cleaned up after they finished. I'm very happy with the improved comfort level.
