Beware of Peterson Heating and Cooling! The a/c wasn't working when we moved into our new home and they were called by our landlord to fix it. They half did. And they turned our humidostats from off to 50% and told us to leave them there. $464 elec bill for 21 days. They came out, saw they hadn't completely fixed the problem, admitted they set the humidostats to 50% which caused the compressor to run 24/7 and refused to EVEN write a letter for Duke to say there were a/c issues which would of given us a payment plan option. Lousy service!!!

I purchased a new 4 ton A/C unit from Petterson on a recommendation from a contractor I know. Peterson sold me the unit and did the install in a day. His price was about $300 less than the lowest quote from everyone else who offered the same or a comparable unit and as much as $1300 less than the highest quotes. I was not around to monitor the installation so after the installation I noticed that the routing of the copper lines obstructed access to a water heater. I called Mr. Peterson the next morning and he came out first thing the next day. He also thought that the lines could have been routed better and had a man completely re-route the lines very neatly around my water heater the following day. He also provided me with a copy of the warranty registration that he did for me. I am extremely pleased with the unit and the work they did. I purposely delayed writing this review until enough time had passed to make sure that there were no problems
