I have had Pest Brothers for approx. 3 years on a monthly service. I appreciate the fact that it is one person who comes out every time. I have had other companies that kept sending out different servicemen every month. I would then have to explain all my problems. With Pest Brothers we have a set day every month. If the weather is bad, Ryan will call me to set up another time. Today he became my hero. I HATE rodents, and I have a problem with mice. I have bait stations around my house. I was in my garden and found a dead mouse. My husband is out of town, and there is NO WAY I could remove the little beast!!! I called Ryan, and he came out with in a couple of hours to get rid of it. I know he can not always respond that quick, but it's nice to know that when he can, he will. I highly recommend Pest Brothers!!!

This is silly, but I liked their web site - it seemed friendly, so I called. The first man who answered the phone was a little gruff, but absolutely told me what I needed to know. And the young man who came to the house for the service - one of the owners! I was surprised!) was indeed very friendly. And the next time I spoke with the other owner, he was very nice as well. There are lots of extermination companies to chose from in Ventura, and I'm sure they are all good at what they do, but I was happy to have stumbled on Pest Brothers.

Super nice young man, one of the owners. Gave me all my options and then got the job done pretty quickly. I was pleased with Pest Brothers. I didn't need any green products for my animal problem, but I appreciate that they have the option for other pest issues.
