Beware: this auto servicer is a rip-off. My car broke down on the NJ Parkway, so I left it at Pearce which is located right off the Sea Isle City exit. The manager called to tell me it was the shifter cable and it would cost no more than $80 to $100 to repair. When I picked up my car the bill was $185. The mechanic replaced my windshield wiper blades. He claimed when he took the car out for a test drive it was raining and my wiper blades seemed "old." So without asking me, which he's required to do, he replaced the wiper blades which cost an additional $50 for the blades and $35 for tax and "labor." When I demanded he put back on the old blades he claimed he threw them out. He exploited the desperate situation I was in, and perhaps that's why the location of the business is right off the exit. In addition, while my car was not immaculate, that doesn't excuse the numerous black grease spots the mechanics left all over my interior. Pearce Auto epitomizes horrible service.
