This is one of the best pestcontrol companies I have had in my house in a long time paynepestcontrol came out and took care of rodent problem found The source of where they were coming in at & stop them.. I recommend paynepestcontrol to anyone great job Mr Payne.

I used this company last year & found them extremely responsive/professional. I found them online & they were there the next day: on time. I asked for general insect treatment & told them I had a mouse problem. After some investigation, he determined the places around the house that the mice congregated based upon the droppings left behind & treated those areas. Then he figured out how they got inside the house & from one level to the next & sealed up those points & treated them as well. During the entire visit he continually updated me on what he was looking for, why he was looking for it, what he found, why he used the treatments he used & what they would do, which I appreciated. 2 days later there is a weird smell in my basement: the mouse was dead. I called & they came & disposed of it. I haven't seen a bug or mouse since. I was so pleased with the level of service & competency that I called them again this year to retreat for insects as a preventative. I recommend them to anyone!

Didn't get rid of my bug problem and never came back after he gave me a 6 month warranty. I've filed a complaint with the better business bureau and suggest anyone else to do the same.

I also paid Payne's Pest Control, LLC to spray a new home we purchased. I paid for the 6 month follow-up warranty and when I scheduled for the owner himself to follow-up, TWICE he made appointments and didn't show. He now won't answer my calls. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and am warning everyone I meet not to trust this guy. We are still having issues with the bugs he sprayed for!

I called Payne Pest Control to exterminate for bed bugs. He came and sprayed, and gave me a two year warranty. The bed bugs returned in 3 weeks and he won't answer the phone when I call.

This company was very responsive and professional. At the time of service, I had an Orkin contract for prevention of mice. What do I see? mice! I called Orkin; however they told me they were unavailable to come out. I found Payne Pest Control on-line, gave them a call and he came right out. He showed me where the mouse had been living and the poor job Orkin had done in detecting it. The mouse did come out, however was a little too fast too catch, however he sealed the hole where he went and I haven't seen the mouse since. In addition, I purchased a 6 month warranty in case I do and the company will do a 2 week f/u visit as well. My overall experience has been very positive with this pest control company for mice control and prevention.
