The only reason they get 1 star is because I can't give them a zero. This was just all wrong from the word go. Charge me $450.00 & wanted $200 up front. His son & some retarded boy showed up the next day without him. Rick Martin put the $200 in his pocket & told his son he only charged me $250 & he could have it all if he did it by himself. Pool was knock out of track, sand was not graded so gravel got under it & caused alot of holes ( repaired 28 holes in 1 season). Mr. Martin would not return any calls & left no address ( should have been another clue). I hope people don't learn the way I did being in too big of hurry & not checking any reviews. This company is not legit by any means!

I should have been suspicious when Ricky Martin (the proprietor of this lovely business) charged $100 upfront as a deposit which he said would be applied to future service. He came out and told us he couldn't even work on our pool (even though we had used Gym & Swim last year) because we "had the wrong type of pump." He recommended we change the filter and pump (over$1000), but said we could only buy the materials from him. I explained we were not prepared to put down that type of cash, and would prefer to buy online where I could make payments. He told me he could not install it, so I found another company (Dan's Pool Supply---who I FULLY recommend!) who installed the pump and filter and even made follow up calls to make sure everything was working. When I called to start my service, Ricky told me it would be ANOTHER fee and ANOTHER 2 weeks wait to get service and then said that my $100 would not apply to any of that, but that it was just an "estimate fee." I read the contract he wrote me back to him, where it even said "clean pool" and he said that was not what was going to happen. THIS MAN IS DEFRAUDING CONSUMERS AND I AM CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AS WE SPEAK! Don't waste your money!
