This is the second home that Paul Collucci has inspected for us and his professional expertise is well worth its weight in gold. We got Paul to inspect our new construction home because we wanted to sleep good at night about the money we were getting ready to wire our lender. Let me tell you straight up, if you want a fly-by-night jackal who took a couple of online webinars and calls himself an Inspector, don't call Paul. If you want a Facebook friend, don't call him either. He's unimpressed by who your Banker, Builder or Brother-in-law is. If some intentionally underhanded stuff took place or if the dude just sucked at craftsmanship, Paul is going to tell you about it, document it, blow it up in a photo and give it to you in a thorough report. What you do from there is on you. Paul Collucci is going to do what you hired him to do exceptionally well and his integrity is unmatched.
Paul did a fantastic job with our home inspection. We are first time homebuyers and he was an incredible wealth of knowledge for my million questions during the inspection. The report was provided super fast and was full of details. I would recommend his services in a heartbeat to anyone who needs a quality job!
Paul is our third inspector, great job and very thorough. Report was great, easy to read with clear photos of problems. We will certainly recommend him and use him again.
I will say this - Paul renewed my faith in home inspectors - I will certainly use him again and will without a doubt recommend him. Used him twice with no regrets other than when I didn't know about him.
We don't like doing reviews, but for Paul it's a pleasure. We most certainly recommend him and will use him again. Don't know why our realtor didn't tell us about Paul, gave us a list and made a suggestion - when we talked with Paul, we felt comfortable and trusted him - no regrets. He took his time and when we asked a question, his answers were easy to follow and honest. I have no doubt with my experience with him that he actually does put the customer first. Great report, photos, more than reasonable price - and what I last seen on his website he is adding thermal imaging.
This is someone I actually trust, he explained everything that was important as just that and the things that are minor as minor. No bloat, just honest. I love the fact that my report is digital and available for the next five years at no additional charge. Use him if you want someone that will truly put you and your family first - he takes his time so not to miss anything - I can go on and on ... but in short I will certainly recommend him and if I am in the market again to buy a home he will be the one to do the inspection.
