Have been complaining about a water leak for two years but they refused to come an check it. Finally did and I was right. Now they keep putting me off to come and fix it. I can't cut my grass, the water is still leaking, and they continue to tell me that they WILL put in a work order for it. Also, they also hung up on me when I mentioned getting a lawyer to try and settle this! I'm not being unreasonable, just want them to come fix this.
