My appointment with Panther Plumbing was not an emergency, but rather several annoying problems in the home. The plumber arrived on time, was clean, polite and knowledgeable. He was also efficient. And the best part? The rates were very reasonable. The plumber explained things in a clear non- technical way which allowed me to understand and make decisions. The receptionist was very nice and accomodating also. Now I consider them to be my plumbing company..
I have a winter home on Estero Island, in Ft Myers Beach. This is peak spring break week and I called 2 different plumbers that didn't call me back. I called our property maintenance company for a referral. They said to use Panther Plumbing. I called and oh my, I don't think I have ever had a business be this friendly, straight-forward and honest with me. Very customer service oriented. And by the way, crazy end of March spring break here on the island with record numbers on our busiest week....they are coming tomorrow and I called them at 4:00 p.m. AWESOME!
Not only is panther plumbing great at residential plumbing repairs, but they are great with small or large companies as well.
