I am able to work with anxiety, depression, panic, substance abuse, trauma and chronic pain. I am a mental health professional, also trained in addictions and certified in using EMDR for the relief of pain caused by trauma. I am certified as a clinical and systemic play therapist. I bring a wide variety of skills and knowledge to my clients while offering them the treatment best suited for their individual and specific needs. The gift of intuition and insight allows me to help clients uncover what may be blocking the healing they desire. Uncovering the real you can be painful and it can also be exciting. I look for solutions and help my clients move forward in the joy of living their best life. Life is a gift. We can live it to its fullest if we choose.
